A note about emotions: Being emotional is neither a weakness, nor is it your fault.

In fact, it’s not a conscious choice at all. It is a choice how you express it - but that’s a different conversation entirely.

The majority of your feelings and reactions come from the subconscious and nervous system perceiving a threat to your physical or emotional safety - or your life as you want it to be. This is often based on your own past experiences and genetically inherited triggers. If you experience something that your subconscious (or the amygdala/lizard brain) thinks is similar to a negative past experience of yours or an ancestor’s, you’re going to react strongly - even if you consciously have no idea why you’re being triggered. Your nervous system gets set off even if you are perfectly safe.

If you’re like most people, you’d like to be non-reactive - or at least react the appropriate amount to the situation - rather than reacting as though a predator is chasing you when it’s something as small as answering an email..

Yes, but don’t my emotions have value?

Are your emotions valid? Sure, for the most part they are. Part of the therapeutic model is for the therapist to validate feelings that have gone invalidated throughout your life. This is an important step of the healing process that shouldn’t be skipped.

A more appropriate set of questions might be:

Are my emotions helping me live my best possible life?

Haven’t I given enough energy to the negative situations and people in my life?

How many times do I have to feel this before it heals?

At some point you want relief. You want to move on from the reactivity and pain that no longer serve you. This is where addressing issues on the subconscious level and vibrationally within the body and energy field becomes imperative. You can spend years using mindfulness CBT/DBT, positive reframing and affirmations, OR you can heal it in minutes by addressing it on these deeper levels.

Since there has previously been no way to quickly and easily overcome our emotions, humans have found ways to excuse or celebrate even the most painful emotions. Giving them more value and credit than they actually deserve. Your ancestors literally had to fight for survival, so their strong reactions were necessary. You now react to first world problems as though they are survival-level threats, and that’s not helpful in any way. In fact, it blocks you from being able to get creative with solutions, and from being present with those you care about most. It’s a glitch in evolution.

There are now both scientific and energetic ways to make changes that fix these reactions, and prevent future triggerings. Making it way more simple to live the life you desire and return to your truest self - rather than the trauma response self.

My private work with clients is a combination of science-based subconscious tools you can use at home to overcome triggers, traumas, fears and limiting beliefs, in addition to one-on-one frequency-shifting sessions - much like the video sessions above - customized to your specific frequency and desired outcome.

Who am I?

People have been telling me I’m a healer all my life. I officially stepped into that role in 2011 as a Reiki practitioner and Master/Teacher.

Since then I’ve trained in myriad modalities and created my own healing systems as well. The more my intuition grew, the more I was pushed to work with the subconscious mind in order to overcome my own lifelong wounds, and to assist my client in overcoming theirs more quickly than we otherwise could have.

Years of working with energy and the subconscious has exposed me to many struggles and many antidotes. This allows me to tap into the frequency of the issue, as well as the frequency of its solution. Then I can help you exit the frequency of the struggle and enter the antidote to it, creating far more peace and clarity.

I balance science and energy in all of my work. I have designed and executed the curriculum for a leading mental health app, and I am a two-time bestselling author.

I am trained/attuned in: Reiki (several versions), Essence Healing (my own modality), Marconics (I carry the frequencies but don’t do the sessions), Hypnosis, EFT, Orpheus Therapy, Life Coaching, and more. I am also a mentor to other healers and practitioners of these methods.
