Do 1-3 rounds a day on LITERALLY anything that bothers you. Big things, stupid little things, EVERYTHING.

Worries, negative thought loops, overwhelm, resentment, triggers, fears, dread, traumas, sadness, etc…

Using PSTEC unplugs the negative emotions and fight or flight response from ANY worry, thought or memory.

Make sure to look for the roots in your past whenever possible! This will often look like just bumbling around in a collection of related memories and experiences.
